General Overview notes: This driver supports the Xircom Performance Series PCMCIA Ethernet Adapters.

New Driver / Update Description: The Beta Version of this driver requires Version 3.31 or later of the Intel82365PCMCIA/PCIC driver and Version 3.34 or later of the PCMCIABus driver.
The performance problems with recent revisions of this adapter has been resolved in Beta Version 3.35.
